DUSKY SOUND, FIORDLAND EXPERIENCE – This is a once in a lifetime experience. After being transferred in the Land Rover Discovery to Coronet Peak, your helicopter pilot sets out for Dusky Sound in Fiordland. Take your private chef if you wish. Your pilot will land on a floating heli-pad, where your skipper will take you out in a small fishing boat to catch fresh Crayfish. Explore the shoreline and retrace the steps where Captain Cook first made landfall in New Zealand. After a seafood extravaganza BBQ lunch with New Zealand wines, you will fly back over breath-takingly beautiful Fiordland National Park, with its world-famous Mirror Lakes and glacier-carved fiords, back to Coronet Peak. There you will be taken back to the hotel to freshen up before pre-dinner cocktails on the Penthouse Terrace. If your partner prefers a relaxed day in Queenstown, they can have full use of the private chef and chauffeur to check out Queenstown’s excellent boutique and designer shopping – $13,819 for two guests.

MOUNT COOK GLACIER EXPERIENCE – A bespoke, private helicopter charter flying North along the main divide of the Southern Alps, passing New Zealand’s highest peaks including Aoraki/Mount Cook at 12,218 feet (3,724 metres). Landing amidst the crevasses of the Tasman Glacier, you will put on snow shoes and crampons (provided) and explore seracs, icefalls and astonishing caves of ancient blue ice. After a gourmet picnic lunch at a stunning location, the magnificent return flight takes in the Western side of the Southern Alps, where the mountains reach their highest elevation, rising straight from the glittering Tasman Sea – $15,484 for two guests.

SUPERYACHT TO GLENORCHY – Enjoy a gourmet brunch cruise out to Glenorchy in the Pacific Jemm, an 80 foot super-yacht, before helicoptering west over the Southern Alps on a journey of contrasts from high mountain glaciers to lush rainforest. Enjoy an antipasto board on a remote West Coast beach, whilst your helicopter catches live crayfish from the sea. On return to Glenorchy, enjoy a leisurely cruise back to Queenstown whilst your very own private chef cooks up a gourmet Kiwi BBQ with the fresh crayfish – $8,874 for two people.

OVER THE TOP GOLF – Nestled at 4500ft, this par 3 golf hole is possibly the world’s most picturesque. A must do experience for all golfers. Consider this the “19th hole”. If preferred, you can be picked up from a local golf course, such as Jacks Point. Allow 1.5 hours with 5 balls – $475 per person (minimum two players).

INTRODUCTION TO FLY FISHING – Expert tuition is provided to teach you how to lure wild trout from our pristine back country rivers. Enjoy private access to pristine trout streams not accessible by road. Includes flights in a SQUIRREL AS350, experienced guide, licences, waders, rods, reels and “tight lines”, along with a fisherman’s lunch. Half day or full day – $3,400 for one or two anglers. Note: River fly fishing November to May inclusive, however saltwater fishing is available all year round.
